Farmer Prepares Produce
Farmer harvests your produce fresh and brings it to your selected pickup spot or prepares bulk delivery.
Pay Remaining Balance Directly To Farmer
Inspect your fresh harvest at handover and pay the remaining 95% (or 90%) balance directly to the farmer in cash or via their personal UPI. Zero middlemen deductions!
Home Delivery Policy (> 100 KG)
To support sustainable farm transport from Mulshi’s mountain villages, Home Delivery becomes unlocked exclusively for bulk orders strictly greater than 100 KG. Orders of 100 KG or less are collected from one of the farmer’s 4 designated local pickup points.

How does the payment model work?
You only pay a small 5% (or 10%) platform booking fee online to Mulshi Paryatan. The remaining 95% (or 90%) of the product value is paid directly to the farmer when you collect your produce or receive bulk home delivery.
Is the online platform fee refundable if I cancel?
No. In accordance with platform governance, the platform/booking fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation to cover administrative processing.
Where do I collect my order if it is under 100 KG?
Each farmer manages exactly four designated pickup points across Mulshi (such as village panchayats, Paud road collection centers, or farm entrance gates). You choose your preferred pickup point during checkout.
How are farmers verified?
Every supplier must register with 7/12 land ownership records, Aadhaar identity documents, and details of their cultivation methods. The Mulshi Paryatan admin team verifies each document before granting verified supplier status.
